About Bud N' Mary's

Bud N' Mary's Fishing Marina is located in Islamorada, Florida, The Sportfishing Capital of The World!  It was established in 1944, and over the years has been one of the most famous sportfishing destinations in the world!  It is home to over 40 of the finest offshore captains and backcountry guides.  We also have a spectacular party fishing boat, the Miss Islamorada.  There is also a great dive shop, boat rentals, motel, boat storage, transient dockage, and tackle store.  We will be posting fishing related events, catches, media publications, and overall news concerning Bud N' Mary's here, so keep tuned in!  You can contact Bud N' Mary's at 1-800-742-7945 or e-mail us:

Bn'M 12-28-09

Had the Doll family out fishing today, caught a dozen kingfish to 18 lbs and released 2 sailfish. Both Andrew and his daughter released their first sailfish. Congrats!!!

Swordfish

We took Mike from ESPN Outdoors fishing on Tuesday and Capt. Scott put him on his first swordfish, a nice one too, 209 lbs! Also bagged a 16 lb tripletail on the way home.

Then Thursday we took Jeff Thompson from Virgina Beach out and caught 2 swords. Keeping one and releasing one.

Sailfish aboard the Bn'M 12/7/09

Had the Harris group out from Europe today and managed to catch and release 3 sailfish and a 20 pound barracuda. Also got lucky and caught a 28 lb kingfish on the sailfish bait. Nice Job!!!

Nice Swordfish

The Bn'M made another trip out to the swordfish grounds on 11/21/09 and wound up catching 2. Henry caught his first 200 lber and then our seasoned angler Vic added another catch to his own with a 115 lber.

Reef and Gulf fishing

On the Reef we caught permit to 32 lbs, dolphin, king mackerel, gag grouper, and bonitas. In the Gulf we caught permit, goliath gouper, blue fish, king mackerel, bull shark, gag grouper, and snapper. Lots of action all day long...
