Saturday, July 5, 2008 at 08:13PM Dr. Glenn Scott fought and released a tarpon estimated to be well over 140lbs on July 4. He took the tarpon on a purple fly tied by capt. skip nielsen. the battle lasted over 2 hours. Glenn also released 2 other tarpon on the same day out in the backcountry of Everglades National Park.
