6/22/12 Some big fish for some young kids!

Capt. Rick Stanczyk and Capt. Nick Stanczyk had dad Andy and sons Derek and Konrad out fishing the past couple days.  It's been pretty rainy and windy though we did manage to each put the kids on some big fish, and dad too!  They caught plenty of yellowtail on the reef as well as some other various species.  Dad got a big bull shark, and Konrad got a big goliath grouper!  Next day we went backcountry, ran around several times avoiding the rain and catching plenty of trout, ladyfish, jacks, and lots of pigfish oddly enough!  Tried sharking/tarpon fishing in several spots, but it was tough not much action.  Finally tried one last spot for the last 20 minutes and Derek hooked into a nice 120 lb tarpon!  Fought him for almost an hour and boated him!  Great job, the kids have some more fishing planned and possibly some nice mounts to put on the walls.  Thanks dad!
